A feast for all senses
Ambos, our evening restaurant, means “yes to both.” The dining room is open for dinner service nightly and a weekend brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Next to Ambos is our casual all-day cafe, where guests can enjoy breakfast and lunch, transitioning into a lounge at dusk that offers small plates, wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages and tonics.
It is brought to life by Chef Norberto Piattoni, inspired by his Argentine heritage and his prolific fermentation practices and cooking methods. Here you will find local meat, seafood, fresh pasta, and produce — transformed by live-fire cooking and other bespoke culinary processes and interpretations.
The beverage menu, created by cocktail luminary Arley Marks, weaves together a collection of classic and original cocktails, along with a selection of tonics and non-alcoholic drinks. The wine list primarily focuses on Argentine, Italian, and Spanish wines that are served alongside a selection of our local Hudson Valley and Eastern Seaboard makers.
